A. The working current should be controlled within the rated current range as far as possible.

B. The working environment of the motor should be ventilated frequently to avoid high temperature caused by closed environment.

C. Reduce the time ratio of motor overload operation.

D. Check the filter screen of the motor fan. Excessive dust will block the mesh, resulting in poor ventilation of the motor and abnormal temperature rise

E. In extreme environment of high temperature, the motor should be maintained regularly. A relatively simple method is to improve the internal cleanliness of the motor: after cutting off the power supply, open the cover plates on both sides for dust removal by vacuum cleaners.
